Increases the effects of the Blood Legacy tree.

Tier 1 – Buffs the effects from 30% to 50%
Tier 2 – Buffs the effect from 30% to 50%
Tier 3 – Adds plague resistance of 15
Tier 4 – Unchanged
Tier 5 – Reduces the chance of inbreeding by 75%
