Great Powers Revamped
Adds 12 great power slots and 2 more hegemonies. All slots get bonuses, first half (1st-6th places) gets the following bonuses and second (7th-12th) gets said bonuses but reduced by half:
all powers cost = 1%
land morale = 5%
naval morale = 5%
reduced liberty desire = -10%
All great powers get access to the great powers diplomacy actions. In vanilla, the following bonuses are given regardless of placement and these still remain:
+(10-25) Power projection
−1% Prestige decay
−10% Institution embracement cost
+5.0 Maximum absolutism
Techological and Holy hegemonies are available to grab and are easier to achieve than normal vanilla hegemonies.
Techological Hegemony:
-Requirements = must be a great power, be ahead in every techology, must have 40, innovativeness
-Base bonuses = global unrest -2, military tactics +0.1 and monthly war exhaustion -0.1
-Scaled bonuses = development cost -20% and technology cost -10%
-Finisher bonuses = innovativeness gain 200% and idea cost -25%
Holy Hegemony:
-Requirements = must be a great power, must be defender of faith (have to keep it or start losing progress), field 200k men, have religious unity of 85%, must complete vanilla’s religious ideas or one of Doge’s Idea Group’s unique faith ideas (i.e catholic, ibadi, orthodox ideas), https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2709741601. or my unlisted rebalanced version: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3675973020
-Base bonuses = missionary strength 5% and missionary maintaince -33%
-Scaled bonuses = land and naval morale 20% and 15% respectively, plus +4 missionaries (you get one every 25% progress, the progress bar lies by telling you get one at 15%)
-Finisher bonuses = tolerance of true faith +2, manpower in true faith provinces +15%, access to deus vult cb, and +2 yearly devotion (used in theocracy governments)
