About this mod:

Have you ever tried to build a socialist or communist society, only to realize that Factory Councils are locked behind a “Revolutionary” trigger?
This mod removes that restriction.
If your country is a Council Republic, with democratic elections or without them, you can now freely enact the Factory Councils law, without needing to trigger a revolution first.

Upon enacting Factory Councils, an event will fire immediately, allowing you to shape the true nature of the councils through three different amendments, depending on your existing laws and political structure. These amendments represent different historical interpretations of factory councils, ranging from powerful democratic institutions to limited or symbolic arrangements.

Features:
  • Removes the Revolutionary-only restriction from the Factory Councils law.
  • Allows Council Republics to enact Factory Councils through normal legislation.
  • Adds an event on enactment with three possible council models.
