No Pickup Cap Reworked [RGON]
Requires REPENTOGON.
This is a rework of No Pickup Cap mod from ☢ Nato Potato ☢
Credit to loona on Modding of Isaac Discord[discord.com] for the code snippet that inspired me to make this mod.
Should be vanilla enough to be compatible with everything, unless it changes the pickup cap with the same callback.
Use Mod Config Menu to increase/decrease the cap. Default is 99999.
