Slightly Buffed Arctic
Slightly buff arctic climate and winters to make playing Russia or Scandinavia more bearable.
Also removes navy attrition for winter tiles. No more microing!!
Changes made:
Arctic
– Now has 25% pop capacity.
– Reduced development malus from -25% to -10%
– Reduced colonial migration malus from -30% to -15%
– Lastly made the land more attractive to migrate (will increase pop growth overall)
Normal Winters
– Removed attrition for navies
– Increased food production during winter compared to vanilla
– Reduced the food decay sligthly
– Improved the construction speed from -50% during winters to -20%
Severe Winters
– Removed attrition for navies
– Increased food production during winter compared to vanilla
– Reduced the food decay sligthly
– Constructions are no longer stalled, instead having a construction speed malus of -50% during the winter
Save game compatible. Compatible with ALL mods that does not modify arctic climate or winters.
