Reflects projectiles or bombs in the direction you are facing.
Reflected projectiles deal 1.2× your damage, and the first reflected projectile explodes.
Reflected bombs are knocked away and explode immediately.
If no projectile is reflected, nearby enemies take damage and are knocked back.
Can be found in Treasure Rooms and Devil Rooms.
