Huns just 1 more unit per spawn for FotE, FotE + EP or FotE + EP Revised
Huns in FotE + EP Revised are slightly boosted with strenght of spawning forces, but that tweak is actually default choice for all who believe Huns are still a bit passive and sometimes too distracted.
Essentially this tweak is for those who believe x1,5 or x2 is too much:

Mod is fixed to apply units used in FotE so in most cases it is not compatible with any other mod or at least expect weird compositions of units with it for other overhauls or modded campaigns.
In order to work put it just higher on list than core modules like EP, FotE or FotE + EP Revised.
