Preface

The terrorists who throw Ark into chaos!!! The Outer Rim Force makes their debut. This is my 29th Civilization VI mod. Regarding the balance values, my apologies; I hope you all have a good gaming experience while playing.
This mod adds the new leader Viper for the Tetra Line civilization and the new leaders Jackal and Crow for the Misilis Line civilization.

Leader: Viper

Leader Ability: Snake Bite
Starts with a Spy upon founding the first city. Gains +3 Combat Strength for own combat units per level of Diplomatic Visibility higher than an enemy’s. Spies can be purchased with Faith. When a Spy completes a mission (excluding the unique missions below), grants a random Eureka and Inspiration (if available) for the current era, and 100 Gold. When a Spy is in any city, a unique panel can be used to assign them a unique mission, granting benefits or inflicting penalties on the city’s owner. After executing a unique mission, the Spy enters a cooldown period during which they cannot be assigned missions.

Outer Rim Force: Spies provide +3 Combat Strength, +1 Movement, and +1 Sight to all units.


Leader: Jackal

Leader Ability: Rampaging Jackal
Science yield -30%. Triggering a Eureka grants all cities an equal amount of Production. All combat units gain +1 Movement, +5 Combat Strength, and -1 Sight. If fighting in a district, destroys the district and all its buildings. Plunder yields are doubled. During war, all cities gain +2 Amenities. Cities do not generate war weariness.

Outer Rim Force: When Viper is in the game, all units gain +2 Movement, and Science yield -10%. When Crow is in the game, all units gain +5 Combat Strength, and Science yield -10%. When Viper and Crow research a technology, you also gain that technology.


Leader: Crow

Leader Ability: Wrath
When declaring a Surprise War on a major civilization, if the target civilization is already at war with another major civilization, instead declare a Formal War on all civilizations involved in that war. Triggers X random Eurekas and Inspirations (if available) for the current era (where X is the number of civilizations declared war on minus 1). Each civilization currently at war in the game grants all your cities +10% to all yields and all your units +1 Combat Strength. Cities do not generate war weariness.

Outer Rim Force: When fighting in a district, if there is a unit in the district, that unit is killed.
