[NIKKE] Outer Force Leader Pack
An existence almost secret, mysterious even among Nikkes, the special suppression force responsible for forcefully suppressing Anomalies—Outer Force!! Makes a grand entrance!! But, it’s also Christmas Limited!! This is my 32nd Civilization VI Mod. Regarding the balance, I apologize in advance and hope everyone has a good gameplay experience.
This mod adds a new civilization (Elysion) and new leaders (Maiden: Ice Rose, Guillotine: Winter Slayer).

Leader Ability: Diamond Dust
Gain +1 MP upon completing a Technology or Civic research. At the start of a turn, if MP is not 0, gain +1 MP. When a unit is added to the map, kills an enemy unit, is promoted, or receives a Village reward, gain a Blessing you do not already own. Upon winning a combat, gain Gold equal to 25% of the defeated unit’s Combat Strength.
Diamond Dust (Active): Immediately consume all current MP to convert the selected passable non-water tile and all tiles within 1 tile of it into Tundra tiles. A blizzard deals damage to units in the area and kills units on those tiles. Cooldown: 5 turns.
Blessings: Obtainable Blessings include "+5 Combat Strength", "+1 Movement", "+1 Sight", "Heal 15 HP when fortified on neutral tiles", "Gain an additional Promotion".
Outer Force: All units gain Combat Strength equal to 1/2 of current MP. For each MP consumed, gain 75 Faith and all cities gain 12 Production.
Leader Ability: Extinction Protocol
Enemy units within 2 tiles lose -999 Movement, -7 Combat Strength, and all their current experience. Gain 10 Growth upon killing a unit. When Growth reaches 100 or more, increase the Hero Level and receive Hero Level-Up rewards. Upon winning a combat, gain Gold equal to 25% of the defeated unit’s Combat Strength.
Hero Level-Up Reward: All units heal 100 HP and trigger two random Eurekas and Inspirations of the current era (if available). Gain Faith equal to the current turn number * 75.
Outer Force: Each Hero Level grants all units +3 Combat Strength and all cities +7% to all yields.
