Caesar in Gaul: Reduced Expansionism Penalty
The penalty was a bit too high for the casual player. It made conquering 100x more viable than trying to make and maintain alliances and satrapies.
Penalty reduced from -5, -15, -40, and -75 —————–> -5, -10, -20, -40
Make sure to enable out-of-date mods, don’t really know why.
