WW Advanced Electrolyzer
An improved electrolysis unit that converts Water into 3 units of Fuel and 1.5 units of Oxygen. It can operate on the Martian surface and underground. Unlike Moxies, it is not suspended during dust storms and will continue working as long as it has plenty of water and power. Locked behind Low-G Hydro tech, can be unlocked before new game in Mod Options.
