Description:

🚂 Move Pops: Cultural Control (Expanded)
Have you ever looked at your empire’s demographics and wished you could reorganize your population more precisely? This mod expands the internal population transfer mechanics, giving you complete control over who lives where!

This is an enhanced version of the fantastic original "Move Pops" mod, created by Caracus. We took his excellent decree base and added one of the most requested features from the community: control over non-accepted cultures.

✨ New Features (What’s New?)
In addition to the original options for moving the primary culture or cultures with shared heritage, this version adds unique filters for minorities and non-primary cultures.

Move Non-Primary Cultures: Now you can specifically select populations that do not share your primary culture and relocate them to another state.

Perfect for organizing complex demographics, creating states focused on certain ethnicities, or simply cleaning up the cultural edges of your empire after a major conquest. 🛠️ Classic Features Included

Move 10%, 25%, or 100% of the population from one state to another.

Advanced demographic filters: move everyone, only primary culture, only same heritage, or (now) only different cultures.

Seamless integration through Decrees and Journal Entries.

📖 How to Use in the Game
Go to the Decrees tab.

Apply the Source decree to the state from which you want to move the population.

Apply the Target decree to the state to which you want to send the population.

Open your Journal.

Select the desired percentage (10%, 25%, 100%) and click on the new option: "Move populations that are not of our culture".

🏆 Credits
All credit for the original idea, code base, decrees, and Diary interface goes to Caracus, creator of the original "Move Pops" mod.

This version has been modified with great respect for the original work to add the logic of cultural exclusion (Non-Primary Culture transfer).
