Roving Pirates Relocated
But I still don’t recommend it.
Modified the spawn and patrols of the roving pirates to incentivize players to explore all of the cool and newly added corners of the Immortal Empires Expanded map. The mod can still be used in the vanilla map, but going to hunt the pirates will be a lot more dull.
🔵Bleak Coast Buccaneers – Moved north of Ulthuan so they actually sail near the Bleak Coast.
🟢Boyz of the Forbidden Coast – Minor patrol adjustments so they sail closer to the Gulf of Medes
🟡Churning Gulf Raiders – Now roam from Estalia to the end of the Black Gulf and down to northern Araby
🟠Freebooters of Port Royale – Expanded patrol west to the Isthmus Coast and east to Bordeleaux and Brionne.
🔴Grey Point Scuttlers – Relocated to the Jade Sea, patrolling Khosun, Cathay’s river deltas, Nippon, and eastern Khuresh.
⚪Terrors of the Dark Straits – Now haunting the Gulf of Khuresh between Ind, Khuresh and sunken Melay.
🟣Tyrants of the Black Ocean – Patrols from the Eastern Colonies to the Dragon Isles and down the west coast of Ind.
⏵Now that the mod doesn’t overwrite the vanilla file it should be more compatible with other mods as long as they don’t change the spawns or patrols of the pirates. Special thanks to LordOmlette for telling me how to do that 🙂
⏵Immortal Empires Expanded – STRONGLY RECOMMENDED, that way the pirates don’t sail around empty lands.
⏵OvN Lost Factions: Araby – Golden Magus can unlock rewards when collecting the Pieces of Eight
⏵Golden Magus comes to Ind – So that he starts in the new areas of IEE instead of having to sail all the way there
⏵Treasures of the Endless Oceans – So that other factions also get something when hunting down those pirates
⏵Encounters at Derp – Makes roving pirates attack anyone plus other miscellaneous pirate related changes
