Description:

"Castle" renamed to "City walls"; description updated accordingly.

Currently, in vanilla, castles give +100% Local Nobles Power bonus and +0.02 Possible Nobles; this mod changes it to 100% Local Burgher Power and +20 Possible Burghers.  

"City walls" can only be built in urban locations (Town and City) and the location needs to be provincial capital . So there will be 2 gates for "City walls" to be build in the location. It needs to be urban location and also province capital. This will help with AI fort building craze.

Estate building "Toll Castle" renamed to "Noble Castle", description updated accordingly. Castles are place of residence and protection for the Nobles. Nobles Castles give +100.00% Local Nobles Power, +30 Possible Nobles as its benefit.

Noble Castles can only be built till the onset of the Age of reformation.

Save compatible. Already existing forts will stay. New ones will be built according the rules of this mod.
