Appearance
The Necrogiant possesses two distinct forms. Commonly, both forms share a dark, corpse-like skin tone that emits a pungent stench of decay, with the upper torso tightly bound in massive chains.
Standard Form: Features a rectangular head and a massive cloth draped over the upper body. Spiked ornaments are embedded in the neck, groin, and knees, and the feet consist of colossal spikes.
Giant Zombie Form: A more monstrous, undead-like appearance wearing loincloth ornaments symbolizing Purgatory. Similar to the first form, its feet are fashioned into massive spikes.

Abilities
– Ground Stomp : The Necrogiant strikes the earth with its immense hands. Upon impact, Zombie Warriors are summoned from beneath the ground.
– Spike Eruption : By extending its right arm and unfolding its fingers, the Necrogiant causes medium-sized spikes to erupt from beneath the feet of all enemies (who appear as small as flies to him). In its alternate form, it can rip out its own bones to produce bone-spikes instead of metal ones.
– Tornado : The chains bound around the Necrogiant are used to suppress its breathing. As its rage builds, it can shatter these chains. With its immense lung capacity, it exhales a violent vortex that sweeps away all enemies in its path.
Meteor Fall : After exhaling the tornado, the Necrogiant spits out masses of volcanic stones into the upper atmosphere. These masses fall back to earth like meteors, serving as a devastating finishing move.
Lore
The Necrogiant was once Gigantes, the leader of the Giants. During the Combine invasion, Gigantes led his kin into battle but was utterly defeated, resulting in the total annihilation of the Giant race. His corpse was recovered by Grim Reaper, the god of Purgatory who encourages death. Through a grim reconstructive ritual, he was forcibly resurrected as a soulless, zombie-like sentinel to guard Purgatory.
Grim Reaper renamed him "Necrogiant" and dispatched him to harvest unwelcome souls attempting to cross into Purgatory. Furthermore, Lucifer, a close associate of the Grim Reaper, treats him with surprising prestige, appointing him as the Vanguard Commander for invasions of the surface world.
Currently, Lambda Productions has secured this entity and classified this guardian of death as a "New-Type." They have dragged him from Purgatory to the surface to use him as a biological superweapon in their war against the Combine. Members of his original race, the Titans, possessed enough lung capacity to survive beyond the atmosphere; the massive chains on his upper body were specifically designed by the Emissaries to constrict his heart and veins to suppress this terrifying power. While the Necrogiant’s body may be torn asunder upon defeat, his status as a denizen of Purgatory allows him to resurrect indefinitely, effectively negating his mortality.
