[WOTC] Eclipsezr Chimera Squad Parcels

Adds 2 Parcels
Recreated Chimera Squad buildings to capture same feel into xcom 2

Slums:2

It will play out just like chimera so following parcels will:
-Have no roof access
-Close quarters (adjusted some cover so it’s balanced in X2)

No, i just recreated what i could using xcom 2 map editor, if you truly want experience it all try out chimera game!

Won’t be as many like EU/EWI parcels but will try to bring most unique ones. Got any favorites you wanna see? let me know

Not tested should work but be warned

Feel free comment it, some may be unfixable due mod conflicts
but i’ll try be as bugfree possible
