After the death of Alexander the great, the Macedonian Empire split among generals, eventually leading nations like Ptolemaios to keep Egypt and the levant, and the Seleucids keeping Persia and Mesopotamia. Around the same time, the Mauryan Empire retains their influence on India.
Celtic and Arab tribes are greatly expanded on in this scenario.
