Where to find them in editor?
Make sure you have the dependent (link above) BLUFOR/ Nato / Planes. You will find the F/A-18 E/F there. Place them down and right click on the plane, scroll down and click “Edit Vehicle Appearance” next, click on the spray can in the top left corner and find them there.

OR look under NATO and Independent for F-18 Echo Foxtrot
