Declare War on Rebels in Foreign Civil War
When a country is in a civil war, you normally can’t fight its rebels. If the war drags on, your armies just sit there doing nothing.
With this mod, declaring war on that country will also put you at war with its rebels. Your allies will fight them too if they join the war.
If that country declares war on you, its rebels will also fight you.
Works for AI too. Save-game compatible.
