Reduced campaign movement points for armys
Hello,
this pack does exactly what it says, it reduces (-50 %) the campaign movement rate for armies (not for navys). This makes the campaign feel bigger, the importance of stances, the seasons (attrition) and navys is increased.
Tell me if you notice any bugs or whatever.
