Description:

Utsuho Reiuji! Or Okuu, if you’re already acquainted with her!

She has been given the power of Yatagarasu (The Sun God), and will use the power given to her to carry out her mission!
… she may not remember clearly what that mission was though…

Hailing from Touhou 11 ~ Subterranean Animism, this Hell Raven wields a massive Nuclear Rod cannon, and is able to deal deadly blows to her enemies as well as shoot projectiles or massive energy bursts out of her cannon.
Utsuho Reiuji, alongside Rin Kaenbyou, is one of Satori Komeiji’s pets.

=== Latest Patches ===
Utsuho Reiuij – v1.3
– Made a very minor tweak related to FStrong and DStrong’s visuals, to add shadows and fill gaps left in the sprites in places where they shouldn’t be.

– Reworked all hurt sprites. This should improve how matches feel against Okuu.

– Drift DI multiplier no longer carries onto other attacks when starting combos with this move.

Her specials are as follows…

One important aspect of her Special moves, is the usage of Blaze points.
Without Blaze points, some moves can still be used, but they’ll be missing certain aspects of the moves.
Her Blaze meter will fill up with time. Extra meter can be gained by hitting opponents. Certain moves give more meter, while others not as much.
However, if Utsuho is hit, she’ll not gain any passive meter while in Hitstun, and her meter will drain slightly with each hit she receives.
When Utsuho gets parried, loses a stock, or gets hit while performing Blaze moves, she will lose a huge portion of charge, it can also lead to losing Blaze points.

===NSPECIAL===
NSpecial shoots a very fast projectile, it has an initial scooper hit to make it easier to land.
This move costs one Blaze Point.
Without any Blaze Points, this move will be missing a projectile, but it’s blast can be damaging.
With a Full Meter charged, you can power up this move by holding your Special button, allowing for an even bigger and stronger projectile that can easily KO opponents on ledge.
This will cost all of your Blaze Points.

===FSPECIAL===
FSpecial is a simple dash forwards. It can be angled up or down, or be reversed at a generous timing, and is canceled early when hitting opponents to allow for follow ups. This move can also be bounce cancelled by hitting walls or ground. Hitting ceilings will make her bash her head with no advantages.

===USPECIAL===
Her USpecial propels her upwards and at the very end she’ll swing her cannon, hitting opponents.
During the rising part of the move, she’s able to grab an opponent, blasting them away with her cannon!

===DSPECIAL===
Her Dspecial is two different moves depending on whether Utsuho is grounded or not.
On the air, Utsuho will use her cannon to plummet down, it is very slow but can send opponents at an aggressive downwards angle and on the top, the blast of her cannon will send opponents flying upwards and is ridiculously strong.
Even after its sweetspot is over, this move continues to be incredibly strong, being able to easily KO off the top.

On the ground, it becomes an entirely new move, Utsuho will use her cannon and blast the ground, creating a forward angled pillar, when opponents are hit by this move, they will be sent towards Utsuho, at which then the move can be cancelled early into other moves.
This move will cost one Blaze Point.
Without any Blaze Points, this move will not shoot out a pillar, and it’s melee hitbox will be stronger, able to push opponents far from Okuu.

===DAIR===
Despite not being a special move, down air can be enhanced by her Blaze Meter, allowing Okuu to grab opponents into her cannon, and then blasting them downwards or away with a huge, strong downwards Blast.
Both the cannon’s tip, and the blast’s tip, can spike opponents, while the body of the blast or the upper part of her cannon, sends opponents away.

Using Enhanced moves will make their startups much longer.
