FULL CREDIT TO THE MIS TEAM FOR THE ASSETS OF THE WATER AND TERRAIN
I didn’t make this Mod a Friend did and asked me to upload it Because he kept getting errors when he tried to do it.
This Mod ports ONLY the water and terrain details from the MIS Tiny city Mod to the Vanilla Game since currently its only for Divide et Impera. None of the unique city Icons are ported to the Base game. and Will not be Ported over
SHOULD BE HIGH IN YOUR LOAD ORDER IF NOT FIRST
DOES IT WORK WITH DLC CAMPAIGNS?
-Only Imperator Augustus and Empire Divided DLC
DOES IT WORK ON THE GRAND CAMPAIGN?
-After the April 7th Update Yes it Does
WILL THIS MOD BE UPDATED?
Most Likely not. as i mentioned at the beginning of the Description I didn’t make the Port for the MIS Assets nor Did I make the assets themselves so I cannot update this
-CAN YOU USE THIS MOD FOR YOUR PROJECTS?
I don’t Personally Care if you do but Make sure to Give Credit to the MIS Team for the Assets and NOT ME Since I didn’t make them.
– IS IT MOD COMPATIBLE?
Probably as long as your on the Empire Divided / Imperator Augustus Map. I don’t Play a ton of Rome 2 Overhaul Mods so Test it for yourself
-DOES IT AFFECT PERFORMANCE?
For me NO But your mileage may vary. in terms of load times My regular time for vanilla Rome 2 is roughly 17 seconds on average. This Mod Changes it to 22 Seconds so Slightly but my computer is different then yours so it will be different most likely
*UPDATE 4/7/2026
– Ported the Water Textures to the regular Vanilla Grand Campaign Map So there’s no Need for the Vanilla on Empire Divided Map
MIS HAS ASKED ME TO TAKE THE MOD DOWN OR HE WILL REPORT THE MOD TO STEAM. After making a Comment saying I would remove it in 24 hours. you guys have pushed back against that and brought up the Fact he Said someone can Port the Mod to Vaniila as a Bridge mod. Our Mod Doesn’t touch his DB tables at all but it is the Bridge mod he gave the community permission to make. Im going to think about what to do in this Situation if you guys want to DM me join the Discord
