Iranian Aircraft Carrier IRIS Shahid Bagheri
This is a kitbash of the Iranian memeship aircraft carrier IRIS Shahid Bagheri.
Its (fictional) air arm consists of:
– Shahed 136 kamikaze drones
– Shahed 191 UAV, a smaller Iranian reverse engineered RQ-170. The real thing is not carrier-based
– Mi-17 (uses a Mi-14 model)
It is armed with:
– 8x Noor SSMs, copies of Chinese C-802
– 4x Kowsar-222 MANPADS launchers
– 1x 30mm autocannon
Known issues:
To make the Shahed 136 controllable, it is an aircraft instead of a missile. The aircraft carries a “suicide bomb” that is a very short range rocket.
