The first true MBT.
This is a British Cold War main battle tank (MBT) introduced in 1946. The Centurion combined the roles of multiple tank designs to serve as a "universal" tank, resulting in a standard conventional platform that saw some minor upgrades early on in its service to have stronger firepower and operational range.
