NewSkirmisher(Rebalance + New Perks) Patch Version
I can’t update previous version, so I change the old version to private and update the new version.

I change the inconvenience of the previous version.(Based on the comments I received)
## Changes ##
-New Perks
ActionStack : If you use Skirmisher’s perks or fire their Bullpup, actionstacks are stacked. And you can get one extra action with 3 actionstacks.
Perfect Dodge : get dodge +25 and skirmisher don’t be taken critical shot anymore. And the enemy’s attack is missed instead of graze with a certain chance.
Skirmisher CoolUnderPressure : You gain Aim bonus of the assultrifle on Overwatch and other reaction shots, and they can critically hit.
TripleFire : Fires 3 times to target. 5 actionstacks and 3 ammopoints are required.
-Rebalance, Remake Perks
Reflex : Triggers once per tactical – > once per turn
FullThrottle : If You have more than one action point and use "Stadardshot", you can get bonus move. Triggers once per turn.
Combat Presence : Grant an extra action to a squadmate. 2 actionstacks are required. Cooldown 2
Whiplash : require 1 actionstack. Base damage 5-7 crit +1, robotic bonus damage 4 crit + 1, cooldown 4
Parkour : Chance 5% -> 15%
Battle Lord : Maximum react action 2 – > infinity
-XComAbilities
Add ‘RunAndGun’ , ‘BlastPadding’ + Blank // Total 7 perks + 3 blanks (vanila : 5 perks + 2 blanks)
– > If soldier has 3 blanks, soldier has 3 XComAbilities.

## Conflict ##
This mod conflicts with mods that override ‘UIUnitFlag’ ( such as Numeric Health Display, Additional Icons, Show Health Values). -Solved
This mod conflicts with mods that override ‘UITacticalHUD_SoldierInfo’.
This is related to the action stack icon.
## Now that hud has been added, you can also use the ‘UIUnitFlag’ overwrite mod to know the stack.
