"Intelligence has been tracking a new terror cell responsible for the attack on the U.S. Embassy in Nowheraki, along with several other incidents across Ashkar Province.
The identity of the group’s leader remains unknown, but we have located Hassan Qasim, believed to be coordinating their arms shipments.
Capture Qasim alive. Secure the hard drive from the laptop he is known to carry — it may contain information on the rest of the network."
