The Cabal (or "Old Guard") is the primary antagonist faction in the 2001 vehicular combat/RTS game Hostile Waters: Antaeus Rising. They are a group of former military leaders, politicians, and capitalists from the old world, plotting to take over a utopian Earth using remnant, advanced weapons.
