1980s Kievan residential highrise
This mod proposes a residential highrise designed by KievZNIIEP, built in Kyiv/Kiev in the late 80s and 90s. It was considered very high-end, with larger than average apartments. Perhaps contrary to its appearence, it’s not a panelka, but instead is made out of brick walls and a reinforced concrete frame.
It hosts 180 adults (calculated as 3 adults per apartment and 4 apartments per floor, about 90sqm each) at 97pc quality. It is expensive to build and requires mechanical components.
Special thanks to comrade photographer Lev Shevchenko (https://www.instagram.com/panelky.ukraine/), via whom I discovered this building, and for providing me with photographic material and documentation.
