So were in a dark, dystopian setting with Corps hiring Mercs to do their bidding; why on Earth would they not take a page from real-life 21st century war-machine doctrine and NOT sell/barter munitions to the mercenary companies that are helping them smash their competition and whoever else stands in their way?!?!?
