Description:
What This Mod Does

Iv Changed the emblems, names and territoy colours of the following factions below, inspired by the Persian and Peloponnesian wars. mostly for my own private campaigns, i like to make a mash up of both events into one campaign, so this mod, primarily is just for my self but i’m sharing it for those who enjoy doing the same. Have that clash between the peloponessian league and the delian league, or form the delian empire, while looking to help Ionia against the massive persian empire

Persian Empire

pontus – Western Persian Frontier
Hayk – Western Persian Satrapies
Media – Central Persian Empire
Parthava – inner persian satrapies
Parthia – Eastern persian frontiers
Parsa – Southern Persian Satrapies

Greek States

Sparta – Peloponessian league
Athens – Delian league
Aetolia – Aetolian League
Lydia – Ionion League

This mod is mostly made to be played as a greek state, since all of the persian factions share the same flag, i imagine it may get confusing or annoying playing as them, trying to see clearly what cities you own, but i made the effort of adjusting the territory colour to try help with that

Why are all the persians sharing the same flag?

I done this to simulate one giant persian empire, but is divided by clearly regional rule which it was, under the term of satrapies. This still allows conflict between persian factions without looking odd that the persian empire is attacking the persian empire, but as an outsider, you’re still faced up with the visual of one mighty people

Recommended mod

Consul scriptum is the best mod for narrative and roleplaying campaigns. i recommend this mod for this one because you can add to it by making the persian territories larger, or on turn 1, making all the sub persian factions be client states of the central persian empire, meaning you really will be up against a full empire
