This mod adds the completely new Software Type Overclocking Software. Software unlocks in 2007 and new features unlock until 2016!

– 1 new software type, Overclocking Software
– 17 features for the new software type
– AI companies can also create the new software type

Compatible and working on Alpha 8 and 9!
