Eloquent Treaties [UPDATED – 1.13.3+]

A mod that transforms Victoria 3’s vanilla treaty screen into actual treaty documents written in formal text format.
Experience various preambles based on different conditions.
Toggle between treaty formats: Switch between the standard treaty interface and formal treaty text through a button in the treaty window for an immersive diplomatic experience with authentic treaty language.
Fixed Investment Right country order placement – Investment Rights now display participating countries in the correct order
Chinese font updated to 朱雀仿宋 – Changed Chinese font to 朱雀仿宋 as requested by users
Gender-appropriate honorifics implemented – His/Her pronouns now correctly reflect the current ruler’s gender (Note: Due to system limitations, the mod cannot store the ruler’s gender from the time the treaty was signed)
Dynamic honorifics based on government type:
- Monarchy + Hegemony/Empire/Kingdom = His/Her Majesty
- Monarchy + Principality/City State = His/Her Highness
- Papal States + Theocracy = His/Her Holiness
- Theocracy = His/Her Eminence
- All other government types = His/Her Excellency
Safe for ongoing games – Can be applied to games in progress
High compatibility – Only modifies UI elements (specifically the Treaty_panel.gui file), so it’s compatible with virtually all other mods
