In real life, the CETME Ameli was very promising during development, due to its high quality and ease of use. Even then, it faced many issues after adoption, mostly related to the cost cutting performed during its production. It has two notable features, one being the spring loaded feeding rail, that lets the cover be opened and closed in whichever bolt position.
A second feature is the transparent ammo box, which lets you see the entire belt. Most games (to say none that i checked) show that, they always make the box full plastic. For this, it took a lot of energy to give it 100 ammo states, but i think it’s worth it. In 3rd person, none of the bullets are rendered, as a way to lessen performance problems if too many bots use the gun.
