A practical immortality mod for Crusader Kings III.
This mod lets you grant, change, remove, and manage immortality for yourself and other characters through decisions and character interactions. It is meant to be a usable immortality toolbox rather than a balance-focused overhaul.

– Restore body and mind by removing negative health effects such as wounds and diseases
– Enable or disable yearly automatic body and mind restoration
– Reset selected once-in-a-lifetime lockouts for immortal characters
– Hide or show the immortality decisions and interactions when you do not need them
Immortality Types:
Standard Immortality:
The character stops aging and can still have children, but their children will be mortal.
Genetic Immortality:
The character stops aging and can pass immortality to their children.
Sterile Immortality:
The character stops aging but can no longer have children.
Body and Mind Restoration:
Immortal characters can restore their body and mind, removing many negative health effects such as wounds and diseases. This can be done manually, or enabled as a yearly automatic effect.
Age Control:
Immortal characters can have their apparent age set or shifted. This lets you freeze a character at a chosen age, make them younger, make them older, or fine-tune their age after becoming immortal.
Once-in-a-Lifetime Lockouts:
Because immortal characters can live far beyond a normal lifespan, this mod also includes tools to reset selected once-in-a-lifetime lockouts, including kingdom-level wars, faith creation, culture conversion, lifestyle perk resets, and vassal contract modification blocks.
Compatibility:
Built and tested for Crusader Kings III 1.19.*.
This mod mainly adds new traits, decisions, interactions, events, scripted effects, and icons. It should be compatible with many mods, but any mod that heavily changes immortality traits, disease immunity, age handling, health effects, or character interaction behavior may need testing.
Notes:
Immortality is powerful. The options in this mod are deliberately player-controlled, so you can decide how much or how little to use.
If you want a more restrained experience, you can simply use the immortality trait and ignore the stronger utility options.
