[1.13] More Engines & Motors (add goods, PMs)
-This MOD subdivides the conventional "Engines" into more specific categories.
–External Combustion Engines: The original engine icon will now represent "External Combustion Engines." Except for advanced late-game methods, this product will make up the vast majority of demand.
–Electric Motors: Unlocked via "Power Generation" research. These serve as an alternative power source that consumes electricity.
—They are also required to some extent when constructing 4th-generation warships and beyond.
–Internal Combustion Engines: Unlocked via "Internal Combustion Engine" research. These primarily serve as an alternative using oil.
—Note: Since gas turbines have not been practicalized in this era, the methods for replacing external combustion engines with internal combustion engines are limited.
—Submarines specifically require Internal Combustion Engines instead of External Combustion Engines.
-I created this MOD because I was dissatisfied with the vanilla mechanic where fuel is required during the production of engines.
–In this MOD, fuel is generally required at the stage where you use the specific engine type, rather than during its manufacture.
–The automobile industry is the only exception. Applying this logic to cars would require subdividing automobile products themselves, which would make the game design overly complex.
-This mod requires several prerequisite mods. Please load the mods listed above first.
