Description:

Adds small bandit bases with different loot to the wolrd.

There are 5 bases for 5 factions

Dust bandits- Border Zone(Has unique bounty and unique weapon)
Grass Pirates- Outlands(Has unique bounty)
Gorrillo Bandits- Bonefields
Scavengers-Stobe’s Gamble
Rebel Farmers-The Great Desert(base will be destroed if Tengu is dead)
