A small mod designed for TROM, but may apply for vanilla as well.
Armies with high supplies: reduce fatigue accumulation,
Armies with low supplies: increase fatigue accumulation.
Cities with high storage: add public order.
May these make food more useful.

这是个为TROM设计的小mod，但原版应该也可以用。
给予拥有高补给的军队抗疲劳的效果；
给予拥有低补给的军队增加疲劳的效果；
给予高存粮的城市增加公共秩序的效果。
希望这些改动能使粮食变得更加有用。
