Administrative Expansion
"Updated" for Fates Divided.
Very simple mod that adds a total of 6 more administrators available via administrative reforms. It allows most if not all of your provinces to have administrators as an Empire / Kingdom, and in turn allows you more financial room to recruit elite armies.
