Miku Restoration——Make Japan Great Again

Those pesky Paradox updates have made the Japanese Restoration in versions 1.8–1.9 a real struggle. The rewards for an early Restoration are pitifully low, and a peaceful Restoration is practically impossible until around 1870—which is completely at odds with historical reality.
Upon seeing this, Her Majesty the Great Hatsune Miku decided to board a time machine and travel back to the Victorian era to lead Japan down the path of Restoration.
Mod Contents:
1. Modifications to the Tenpō Crisis and Imperial Reform events: The Tenpō Crisis has been reworked into ‘Idol? Or Princess?!’. Upon completion, three laws are enacted via the Imperial Reform panel; clicking ‘Future Reform’ triggers Hatsune Miku—representing the corresponding interest group—to become the national monarch. The eight routes feature different Divine Monarch buffs and exclusive events. The Imperial Reform event has been reworked into a territorial expansion claim.
2. Modified Interest Group Ideologies: When selecting a monarch, the corresponding interest group will be ‘Hatsune Miku-fied’, with ideologies significantly upgraded to support most modernisation laws and those aimed at raising the standard of living, whilst retaining only a handful of labour protection laws.
3. Exclusive Companies
PS: Hatsune Miku’s birthdate is 31 August 2007, so under normal circumstances, she can remain monarch until the end of the game. Granting voting rights in non-monarchical or non-theocratic systems will result in a change of monarch. Therefore, when implementing electoral systems such as factions or committees in later gameplay, please ensure that power is distributed in accordance with autocratic, oligarchic, or technocratic principles.
