Description:

To the earliest subscribers: Due to significant structural overhaul of the mod in the upgrade, you MAY need to rebuild the buildings you already built in your republics. Sorry for the inconveniences!

The building series represents a series of prefab blocks built in 1960s in London.

There are 4 different heights. 10-Storey version based on real-life buildings located in the Morris Walk Estate; 14-Storey version based on on real-life buildings located in the Ledbury Estate; and two fictional 18,22-Storey version for skyscraper lovers (They will collapse like Ronan Point even without a gas explosion. Reasons are given in the description below).

Notably, the Ledbury Estate is a large public housing estate located in the borough of Southwark in South London. It consists of terraced houses, maisonettes, and four 14-storey H-shaped tower blocks constructed between 1968 and 1970 using a method known as the Large Panel System.

The prefab blocks gained national attention due to serious structural safety concerns revealed in the inspection following the Grenfell Tower fire, as the buildings had not been strengthened as required after the Ronan Point collapse, and had been showing dangerous structrual failure signs for years.

The four towers are named Bromyard House, Sarnesfield House, Peterchurch House, and Skenfrith House, with the latter three located close together. In 2021, residents voted for all four tower blocks to be demolished and replaced with higher-quality, modern council housing. Bromyard House was dismantled in 2023, but as of 2026, the remaining three are still standing.

The Morris Walk Estate has been demolished in 2021. A new housing project called "Trinity Park" is now in construction there.

The building in game provides houses at a quality of 88%, can house 110/154/198/242 workers respectively.
