Enhanced Sounds (Alexander)
Enhanced Sounds adds new sound effects, most of which can be heard on the battle map where hundreds of new sounds have been added for weapon and shield hits, and flying projectiles. Soldiers now speak during combat. On the campaign map, there is now a sound for marching armies, new sounds for the recruitment, diplomacy and construction panels from Medieval 2, and on arrival sounds for messages that play the moment they arrive in your alerts tab, even if the tab is not opened.
– Almost all of the Alexander expansion units now have unique unit select voices when you select them. This is missing in vanilla.
– Soldiers now speak during combat.
– Hundreds of new sound effects for weapon and shield hits, and flying projectiles.

– This mod has been designed to work with the base game.
– This mod changes the EDU (export_descr_unit.txt file) in order to make the shield hit sounds play.
