Description:

Now you can use the prisoner interactions blind, castrate, maiming and the torture interactions without releasing your prisoner. Gender unrelated.
Use the prisoner interaction menu, not the negotiate menu.

You still need the tradition or something else to get this option as in vanilla.

If something wrong or missing, pls let me know.

You can use it mid-game.
No DLC required.
