*Buildings and City Changes*
Additional buildings placed within the vanilla footprint: market stalls, hospital, towers, corpse processing, and extra housing.
New wall and Inner bailey update around the throne building.
Improved shop variety: more vendor types that reflect Holy Nation themes and the local economy.
Corpse handling system: corpses are collected and moved to a processing area rather than piling up in the streets.
Animal loot handling system: animals are looted, then collected and moved to a processing area rather than piling up in the streets.
*AI and Squad Behavior Changes*
Guard AI for Holy Nation squads in Blister Hill: patrol routes, response priorities.
Police AI: Holy Watchers (constables) investigate crimes, detain hostile NPCs, and call reinforcements.
Turret AI: Holy Arbalist (Turret Police).
"Police" no longer include turret behavior in their AI to reduce constant running around.
Hospital AI: Medics prioritize wounded NPCs, perform triage, and transport patients to hospital beds.
This is improved but not flawless.
Corpse / Animal AI: Holy Purifiers (Sanitation workers) clean the streets to take a load off Hospital AI and Police AI.
Local Civilian AI: normal behavior with shopping added.
*New colors for the different unit types and work.*

Players can use the hospital for treatment.
Interact with police or slaver for bounties or fines.
Stores expanded.
Edited the original town of Blister Hill, so default world triggers are valid.
I tried to not touch anything global related to AI behavior, so Blister Hill has its "own". So Bad Teeth will not behave the same.
