Papacy Revamped
well if you formed the kingdom of god after 1.30 you get some extra buttons, but they’re ok and not worth the torture of playing vanilla papal states

Minor Buffs to Golden Bulls
Another aspect of this mod is that some of the golden bulls had an AI factor of 0, meaning they would never pick the "-50% curia powers" and the crusader -10% AE one, this has been fixed.
Also most of the Golden Bulls have received minor additional modifiers so the curia ducat costs to enact them has been increase from 400 to 600.

Here are some facts about the vanilla Papal State-Papacy mechanics:
Curia Treasury Income
The Curia Treasury is a separate pool of money used for global Catholic actions. It is funded by the following:
Indulgences: When other Catholic nations use the "Buy Indulgence" action, 25% of the gold they pay (which is based on their income) goes directly into the Curia Treasury.
Tithes: Catholic nations contribute a portion of their income to the treasury, monthly tithe = (total income*clergy estate crownland share)/10. This can be modified by events; for example, a country can choose to "Increase Tithing" (giving more money for Papal Influence) or "Withhold Tithes" (keeping the money but losing influence).
Special Events: Random events can add or remove large sums from the treasury, such as the "Papal Banker" events or donations from wealthy Catholic states. (https://eu4.paradoxwikis.com/Papal_tithe_events)
Automatic Investment (Cardinals): Every January 1st, the Papal State automatically receives +1 Invested Influence for every cardinal currently residing within its own borders. Since a nation can hold up to 7 cardinals, this provides a steady, free growth of influence.
Appointing Cardinals Abroad: Through the diplomacy menu, the Papal State can "Appoint a Cardinal" in another Catholic nation. This costs money (either from the Papal State’s own treasury or the Curia Treasury) and provides +10 Invested Influence instantly.
Call the Ecumenical Council: The Papal State can also "Buy Indulgence", which costs gold and grants +10 Invested Influence instantly.
Conquest: If the Papal State conquers a province that already has a cardinal, that cardinal is transferred to them, increasing their yearly automatic influence gain.
