Keyboard shortcuts: press "D" to mark a selected province, and "shift+D" to remove a mark from the selected province.
(If the shortcut doesn’t appear, or if it’s the wrong button and it doesn’t reset, go to
"DocumentsParadox InteractiveEuropa Universalis IV" and delete the "shortcuts.txt" file.)

This mod is a transfer tool that allows the player to give provinces to any country without prestige loss or the need for the province to be adjacent.

Click on the green button in the province window to add a mark.
The green button adds a mark, the red one removes the mark from the selected province, and the yellow mark removes all marks from every province of your country.

Then, you need to open diplomacy with the receiving country and click "Transfer Marked Provinces" in the "Influence" tab. You can only transfer provinces that the receiving country can core immediately, and upon clicking the action, every marks will be removed from your provinces.

I also tested it in multiplayer, and it should work fine.

Note: If you have another mod with the same name, the mods may conflict with each other and not work at all.
