Applies the same unit cap system from Unit Caps For All to Lost2Insanity’s laudable We’z Speshul – River Trolls mod.

Please see the original mod entries for both mods for full details on what these mods do.

Please report all bugs for high priority fixes. Please report typos for low priority fixes and balance issues for consideration.

Please note that I do not use the original mod in my own play, so if it gets updated and there is a problem with this patch, I need to be informed so that I can fix it.
