Breizh Flavour Pack 2.0
A historic reimagining of medieval Brittany — its lands, its people, and its struggle for survival between the Viking tide and Frankish ambition.
The 9th century showed little mercy to Brittany. Norse longships have taken Nantes. Monasteries burn. Bishops flee inland with their relics. The question is no longer whether the Norse will remain — but whether there will still be a Brittany left to speak of.
This mod introduces a complete struggle system for Brittany, spanning four historical phases — Razhadoù (raids), Meuriad (occupation), Emglev (compromise), and Adtapout (reconquest) — each with its own events, mechanics, and consequences.
- Breton Reconquest — Drive the Norse back into the sea and restore the Kingdom of Brittany.
- Bretland — The Norse prevail. The Breton royal title is destroyed and replaced by a Viking kingdom on the Atlantic coast.
- Compromise — A fragile coexistence emerges between two peoples who have bled each other dry.
- Frankish Annexation — Weakened by war, Brittany falls into the orbit of the Frankish king.
Claim your Arthurian heritage. The Blood of Legend decision allows you to trace your lineage back to the legendary rulers of Britain — a bloodline said to reach all the way to the Round Table itself.
