Nice Bill Tab – Expansion
Expands Nice Bill Tab with recipe hiding, quick-add recipe buttons, compact ingredient icons, and an optional side-by-side bill layout, in addition to bug fixes.
Fully configurable in Mod Settings!
Optional Features:
- Adds a "Hide Recipe" button. When any recipes are hidden for a workstation, a new "View Hidden Recipes" button will show if you want to re-enable any hidden ones (see screenshots).
- Recipes can be hidden on a per-workbench basis, or for all workbenches of that type, or anywhere that recipe is available.
- Option to show Bills and Recipes in two separate windows.
- Option to show recipe ingredients even in compact/category mode.
- Option to add a button to quickly add bills without opening the full info page or needing to double-click.
Note: With all options enabled, sometimes long recipe names with many ingredients will collide with other elements. The add-bill-shortcut is disabled by default.
Enhanced Integration:
- Better Workbench Management – Now shows Copy+Paste buttons for Bill Settings on bills if installed. Tooltip for copying bills in a workbench now correctly display "Copy all bills"
Bugfixes:
- The top of the bill tab will no longer go out of screen if the UI scaling is too large, or the window size is too small, regardless of vertical setting in Nice Bill Tab settings.
- Losing focus of search bar: Technically not fixed, but this is caused by the cursor hovering over active bills while trying to Search. In double-window mode, since active bills are more separated from the search bar, it’s not as much of an issue. (Actually, this isn’t fully the case, since in single-window mode I’m still seeing it even when not hovering over active bills. But it doesn’t seem to effect double-window mode at all. Haven’t looked into it further yet.)
KNOWN ISSUES/TO-DO LIST:
- When in single-window mode, clicking a Recipe and opening the details panel will cause the "Show hidden recipes" button to go behind the search bar.
- "Enable vanilla sorting" option is currently not working as intended.
- Recommend using split-window mode, as well as "Categories" setting in Nice Bill Tab for now (or disabling the "Enable Vanilla Sorting" option in this mod’s settings.
- To Do: Better Workbench Management’s "Copy all bills" buttons currently displays over the recipes when in two-panel mode. I want to move this over the bills instead, to be more clear to the user.
- To Do: In two-panel mode, add search bar above Active Bills so active bills can be searched in addition to recipes.
