Adds a level one holy site to Nidaros for catholicism.
Adds multiple new laws and priviliges
Mandatory armament peasant privilege larger and stronger levies
Service Nobility privilgege weakens nobility slightly
Lands og Bylov law that adds government reforms
Adds natural harbor capability to nearly all provinces in Norway
