Ultimate Cheat Tool

A complete in-game cheat and editor suite for EU5 1.2.x. Floating editor windows on the action bar, right-click any country, character or location to retarget instantly, and live headers that show exactly what is about to change. No console commands to memorise, no save-game editing, and every change is reversible.

• Five editors on the action bar: Country, Character, Spawn-Character, Location and Multi-Locations, each in its own movable window.
• 200+ toggleable modifiers across economy, military, diplomacy, society and research, every one reversible.
• Instant map discovery: reveal the whole world, or any of 15 sub-continents, in one click.
• Full character and dynasty control: spawn rulers, heirs, generals and family; edit stats, traits and cabinet; found dynasties.
• Right-click anything: a sub-menu opens the right editor pre-targeted to whatever you clicked.
• Eleven languages: English, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Turkish.

• Country Editor: 7 tabs (Administrative, Economy, Society, Military, Diplomacy, World, Research) with profile presets, a rank picker, every currency and pool, and the full modifier library.
• Character Editor: rename, set ability scores, add or remove any trait, edit the cabinet, manage family, kill / marry / ennoble, install rulers and heirs.
• Spawn Character: a free-form ruler, heir and specialist spawner that acts on whatever country you right-clicked.
• Location Editor: per-location cheats for rank, all pop classes, economy, food, military, the RGO good, religion and culture conversion, buildings, ownership and disease.
• Multi-Locations Editor: every province you and your vassals own, with batch actions such as add pops, max control, max prosperity, add core and fill food.

• Subscribe to Community Mod Framework (CMF) first; it is a required dependency.
• Enable UCT and start a game. The editor buttons appear on the action bar as you load in.
• Click a button to open an editor, or right-click a country pin, character portrait or map location for a pre-targeted menu.
• Steppers support three step sizes: Click (small), Ctrl+Click (medium), Shift+Click (large or full reset). A Reset section in each editor strips every UCT change from the current target in one click.

• Requires: Community Mod Framework (CMF).
• Save-safe: add or remove mid-save; toggles are standard country and location modifiers.
• Achievements: disabled while active, as this is a cheat mod.
• Runs alongside the rest of the Ultimate Mod Collection.
